This panel of speakers will discuss the current state of diversity representation in workplaces and share best practices on how organizations can take action to create strategic plans to advance inclusion. They will cover a variety of DEI topics including disability awareness and resources, documenting and tracking accommodations, accessibility for applicants, psychological safety for self-identification, and opportunities to bring more diverse talent into organizations.
